8.3. 8.3. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
For information regarding exchanges and returns, consult:
www.pilotwings.pt/trocas-e-devolucoes
For products purchased through the PILOT WINGS Website, the consumer has 14 days from the date of delivery of the Product—or from the delivery of the last Product in the case of multiple items within a single order delivered separately—to return their order without providing any justification.
To exercise this right, the consumer must clearly declare their intention to withdraw from the contract and return the complete item in the same condition in which it was sold, without signs of improper use, in its original packaging and in good condition, with the instruction manual and all included accessories.
8.3.1. 8.3.1. Return Conditions
Returns must follow the conditions set out at: https://pilotwings.pt/en/rma-form/
If the consumer purchases several products under a promotional campaign offering one or more items, or under “buy one get one free” or “buy two get three” promotions, the right of withdrawal must be exercised in relation to all items included in the order. Partial returns will not be accepted.
If the consumer purchases products under a campaign that includes a digital or additional item whose use has already been redeemed, PILOT WINGS will not accept partial returns.
Unless there is a technical defect, certain products (due to hygiene, safety, data‑transfer risks, or manufacturer recommendations) cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
Without prejudice to any other consumer rights provided herein or under applicable law, returns will not be accepted for:
(i) Earphones/headphones/headsets, batteries, chargers, memory cards, consumables, software, radios;
(ii) Clothing, smartwatches, radios or GPS devices whose original brand packaging seals have been broken.
Important: PILOT WINGS reserves the right to refuse the return of items whose serial number has already been registered/linked to a user account on the online platforms/apps of various manufacturers. Serial‑number association may allow users no longer in possession of the items to track or control them. To protect all customers, returns may be refused under these circumstances.
If any of the above conditions are violated, the return (and refund) cannot be accepted.
8.3.2. 8.3.2. Withdrawal Declaration
To initiate the withdrawal (return) process, the consumer may visit a PILOT WINGS store with the item and invoice. If this is not possible, they may open an RMA request via email, stating “Commercial Return” as the reason. The item must then be sent to the PILOT WINGS store in Cascais via courier. Shipping costs are borne by the consumer.
8.3.3. 8.3.3. Refunds
After exercising the Right of Withdrawal, the refund of the amount paid by the consumer—including, where applicable, delivery costs—will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, at no cost to the consumer, once compliance with the return conditions in section 8.3.1 has been validated. PILOT WINGS has a maximum period of 14 days to do so.
Unless PILOT WINGS has offered to collect the item, PILOT WINGS may withhold the refund until the item has been received or until the consumer provides proof of having returned it.
